1 Tbsp. MCT Oil
1 Scoop Wellness Meal
1 Scoop Metabolic Enhancer
1/2 tsp. Carnitine-Biotin Powder
1.5 cups water
Optional: 2 heaping tablespoons Valrhona cocoa powder or
1/4 cup organic chocolate beans/cocoa nibs
