The late Brian Leibovitz, PhD, my mentor, was the most brilliant nutritional mind I have ever encounted. His exceptional Journal of Optimal Nutrition is available online. It is still some of the most prescient and brilliant thinking about optimal nutrition there is. Brian, you are dearly missed.
